The XXI ANRA National Conference, entitled "Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability: the path towards a conscious future", focuses on sustainability, presented in its interaction with risk management.
An event with a great tradition for the association. Over the years, it has become a must for risk managers and a meeting point between the corporate sector and the main players in the insurance market in Italy. The meeting will be inaugurated by the newly elected president of ANRA Carlo Cosimi and by Enrico Guarnerio, Chairman and CEO, Strategica Group and a member of ANRA’s Technical Scientific Committee, who has been in charge of the agenda.
During the three-day session - coordinated by Andrea Cabrini, Managing Editor at Class Cnbc- there will be key note speeches by prestigious speakers, round tables and workshops. The aim is to explore new prospects for the society and the businesses related to "sustainable change", undertaken globally according to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as identified by the United Nations.
Among the main items on the agenda: the role of investors, public funds destined to achieve the SDGs and the contribution of private funds in enhancing and promoting virtuous realities; the initiatives and standards (European and national) aimed at the development and implementation of sustainable practices; the potential of the insurance world as co-financier in a public-private partnership; corporate sustainability in the expansion of the concept and the types of risk organizations are facing today; transition risks and opportunities.
It will also be an opportunity to discuss about the profession of risk managers, in particular about the role and recognition they are assuming in the new context and in the relationship with their boards, as well as an in-depth study of the new methods of auditing and certifying financial statements.
