  If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint to the intermediary and/or the company, or if you do not receive a response within the legal timeframe, you have the right to appeal to the “Arbitro Assicurativo” via the portal on their website (www.arbitroassicurativo.org). There, you can find additional eligibility criteria, information on how to file an appeal and other useful information.
  
  In these cases, the complainant may also contact IVASS by filling in the relevant form in the Complaints Guide, which is available at www.ivass.it/consumatori/reclami/Allegato2_Guida_ai_reclami.pdf, in accordance with the Additional DIP provisions of the relevant policy. The relevant documentation must be attached to the complaint.
