MAIN GOALS
- Provide for the placement, management and development of domestic and multinational insurance programs for assigned Clients.
- To manage and develop the customers of the Strategic Group entrusted, reporting directly to the Management.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Planning and coordination of customer activities
- Implement annual activity plans for the improvement of management and for the transfer of customers' operational risks.
- Develop cross-selling and / or up-selling plans on assigned customers.
- Working, in collaboration with the commercial structure, on portfolio development projects through updating and / or reform actions.
- Organize any moments of technical insurance training for the Client's corporate structures.
Management and development of the customer portfolio
- Manage and develop the assigned domestic and multinational customer portfolio, ensuring an adequate functioning of the relationship with the customers themselves.
- Analyze and prepare adequate insurance programs by providing the Group structures and the Customer with adequate and constant technical reporting.
- Define the best contractual conditions to be proposed to customers, in collaboration and after evaluating the risk identification carried out by the Group's Risk Consulting department.
- Provide for the placement, management and development of domestic and international insurance programs, both incoming and outgoing, for assigned customers.
- Manage the corporate network in support of multinational programs.
- Support the competent structures in the management of complex claims and in the administrative and commercial management of the Client.
Network Assurex Global
- Maintain relationships within the network; periodic calls, annual EMEA and international meetings, participate in any working groups.
- Take part in continuous training initiatives on the Assurex portals.
Multinational Hub
- Entertain and manage relationships with less structured brokers who do not have the possibility of directly accessing an international network.
- Optimization of operations
- Support the Management in the continuous improvement of flows and internal processes in order to increase work productivity.
- Analyze and develop specific insurance contracts for specific types of risks or market segments deriving from the Group's commercial development activity
Resource management
- To manage the human resources of the team assigned to him / her, ensuring their professional development and the correct adaptation to the technical quality standards of the Group's activities.
