VAANCE was born in 2016 within Strategica Group. The goal was to create a digital player with the role of enabler for insurance distributors and carriers by developing innovative, digital and fully compliant projects with the legislation to support the entire sales process. and management of insurance products.

We develop for our distributors the project that best suits their needs and the needs of their clusters of customers in order to allow them to strengthen their business by distinguishingly qualifying the insurance offer through exclusive and ad-hoc products.
We offer ourselves exclusively in B2B2C mode and with white-label solutions, in order to allow the maximum enhancement of the private label.
We work alongside distributors, thus proposing ourselves as a strategic consultant for the insurance component and as a technological partner for the process components linked to the sale and management of insurance products.
We have developed a proprietary platform capable of digitally managing the entire life cycle of the policy with reference to the pre-sales and post-sales processes. It is structured according to a modular and open architecture capable of responding quickly and effectively to all the needs of distributors with multi-product, multi-company and multi-channel solutions through the use of APIs and the most advanced integration frameworks. The experience is also customized based on the specific process and the graphic guidelines of the distributor. Technological evolution is and remains for us a key element for business development. In this regard, we already have vertical projects underway that provide for innovative risk pricing methods through the use of AI systems or management of customer service activities through chatbots.

It is the method by which we define and implement insurance projects, supporting each individual distributor in compliance with its organizational and process specificity. We support him throughout the process leading to the implementation of the insurance project, starting with the definition of the business opportunity, from the identification of the target solution, the project gantt and the related business plan.
We share the go-to-market strategy with the distributor starting from the analysis and definition of project requirements and using the incremental approach in the release of the solution in order to combine time-to-market as well as possible. Method that allows us to start and consolidate even complex insurance projects in a very short time.
We have developed over 70 insurance products linked to the different clusters of Individuals, Professionals and SMEs.
In the case of the Individual, the offer includes, for example, the products of the protection, mobility, housing, investments line. In the case of Professionals, we have developed some facilities for the Professional TPL line. In the case of SMEs, we provide a dedicated and innovative line of products in the D&O, Cyber, Business Interruption fields.
A positive fact is that the number of start-ups and investments in the sector show a structurally growing trend even if in a much more contained way than in other mature markets adjacent to us.
Greater sensitivity and attention is needed on the part of all operators in the insurance chain to better focus investments and skills and grasp the important unexpressed potential of the Italian insurance market.
