SALES EXECUTIVE
LEVEL: medium – high
OBJECTIVES
- Conduct commercial activities with proactivity in order to achieve set targets.
- Contribute to individualization of the potential targets for which commercial activity is needed.
- Contribute to an efficient positioning and visibility of the Group on the target markets
- Support the growth and development of Junior employees
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES
Planning the commercial activities
- Developing the commercial plan in coordination with Management, with particular emphasis on quantitative aspects.
- Manage the planning of commercial activities across the instruments made available from the Company
- Developing contacts in order to increase the commercial pipeline
- Developing contacts with potential targets, arranging meetings coherent with the preset target typologies.
- Participating in events or other networking occasions in the sectors defined as target
- Bring new clients to the group
- Adopt new marketing instruments and standard presentations for positioning the Group at the target, provide feedback to Marketing for eventual improvements of the material in use.
Commercial activities – new clients
- Preparation of the meeting with the client: carry out and participate in the activity of account planning and provide the necessary material for the meeting with the Client (brochures and Groups’ activities)
- Meet the Client and present Strategica Group and the services we offer.
- Carry out activities for the Client in coordination with Strategica Insurance Management and Strategica Risk Consulting.
- Collaborate, whenever necessary (by valuating the opportunity with Management), for preparation of the collaboration offer.
Commercial activities – existing clients
- Carry out activities of commercial development on the existing clients; the activity is developed following a request from SIM or following an additional planification that occurred during Meetings with the Steering Committee.
Keeping updated the pipeline and commercial activity data
- Maintaining constantly updated the contact and commercial activities data, utilizing the instruments put at disposal from the company.

LEVEL: Junior – medium
